He's been the talk of town for almost a year now. Who is Harry Potter and why are his stories captivating millions everywhere? Maybe it's the life-like problems that take place in a surrounding that's everything but life-like, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
As of now there are three volumes of the story. The first book, Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone tells from the day Harry finds out he is a wizard and can leave his horrible aunt and uncle, till the day he leaves for summer break from Hogwarts.... continued in book two -- Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets and everything in between!! The third book is Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban.
Harry has many adventures during his first year at Hogwarts. Meeting many friends on the way. His two best friends are Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. Going through funny times, hard times, mean teachers, bad grades, everything friends go through, and not to mention what problems wizard friends go through. Harry has the most problems. He is "famous" in the Wizard World because the evil dark lord, Voldemort, tried to murder him and his parents when he was just a baby. Harry escaped with only a lightning shaped scar on his forehead, his parents didn't survive the curse. Nevertheless, Harry loves the Wizard World and has to spend the whole summer with his horrible Aunt and Uncle. But he goes back to Hogwarts in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
Run don't walk to the Farmingdale Public Library to get your name on the waiting list for this magical series and don't be surprised if the list is a mile long... but trust me, it's worth the wait!!!

Harry is back in the wizard world after a horrible summer with his aunt and uncle. In Harry's second year at Hogwarts he goes head to head with Voldemort. But he doesn't find out until its too late!
Harry has other problems too. A new kid at Hogwarts, Colin Creevey, worships Harry.
Whenever Colin gets the chance he immediately snaps a picture or stuffs a piece of paper and a pen in his face for an autograph. The bully of Hogwarts, Malfoy, is at his worst, pointing his hatred at Harry the most. And to everyone's horror the "Chamber of Secrets" has been opened. The only person who can open it is the heir of Slytherin, one of Voldemort's very close followers. All sides are pointing toward Harry. Could Harry, Voldemort's worst enemy, be the heir of Slytherin? What is inside the Chamber? Will it hurt the little girl that it has dragged in?
You won't know unless you read the book! Find it at the Farmingdale Public Library, but in the meantime read the first book, Harry Potter And The Sorcerers Stone.

(WP 6th Grader)The horrible summer with his aunt and uncle is finally over! It's time to go back to Hogwarts! Harry has just two more weeks to go, but first he has to put up with Aunt Marge, another one of his horrible muggle relatives! Aunt Marge doesn’t know that Harry knows that he is a wizard and this torments Harry. Finally Harry can’t take it any more and blows his top. He gets into huge trouble and then, (even though he is not allowed to use magic outside of Hogwarts) he waves his wand and his magic trunk appears. He runs out of the house and gets as far away as he can.
The "Knight Bus" comes to pick him up and he sees on the Knight bus a newspaper with Sirius Black on it. Harry discovers he is also a muggle criminal. He killed 13 people with one curse. But muggles believe he is carrying a gun. Sirius Black is an escaped criminal from Azkaban, the wizard prison. Will Harry go out to look for him after every one warns him not to? Or will Sirius Black go looking for Harry? What will Harry discover about this greatly feared criminal? You’ll have to read it to find out! And stay tuned because this summer the anxiously awaited return of Harry Potter is coming, in Harry Potter and the "Doom Spell Tournament", year four at Hogwarts!!!
